We played a key role in the restoration of Oakland’s iconic Rotunda Building, bringing new life to this Beaux-Arts treasure. Our work included preserved its historic architectural wood windows and structural parking lot upgrades—bridging the past with the future in the heart of downtown.

Preserve and oversee restoration of character defining features. Develop creative installation methods to protect decorative elements.
Full scale renovation and rehabilitation of the interior and exterior including demolition and environmental abatement.
Venue modernization elements include new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, structural upgrades, and ADA compliance.
State-of-the-art theatrical elements: new cinema screen, lighting and sounds systems, and symphonic theater organ featuring seven keyboards and over 800 controls.
