She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and is SHRM-CP certified. 

Known for her empathetic yet pragmatic approach, Tiffany excels at guiding leaders through complex people challenges while aligning HR practices with business goals, and brings this expertise to her role as HR Director.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys staying active, spending summers by the water, and exploring new places. She’s also a proud mom of two, and brings that same care and energy into everything she does.
