Cara Houser

Cara is a trusted, strategic commercial real estate leader with expertise managing complex, multi-phase development projects ranging from $5-$200M in the SF Bay Area. Over her 20+ year career, her teams have produced over 3,000 homes, creating over $1.5B in value. Roles have included: feasibility and financial analysis, investor relations, securing required approvals and permits, risk foresight and mitigation, overseeing architecture, engineering, consulting, construction, and sales & marketing processes and teams. Primary responsibility for project budget and schedule, as well as PR, communication, and community outreach.

Cara serves as Business Director where she drives strategy and development. She is passionate about creating win-win partnerships with clients, city leaders, and her teams, and about delivering truly community enhancing projects for everyone to enjoy.

In her free time, Cara loves adventures near and far with her family and friends, playing guitar, trail running, woodworking, and gardening.
