Adolfo Duenas

Project Coordinator

A young man with short, curly dark hair, wearing a white shirt, a blue jacket, and a gold chain with a cross, smiling softly against a plain grey background.

Adolfo got his start in the trades after high school, attending welding school and working as a welder/fabricator. That hands-on experience in the shop sparked a deeper interest in fieldwork, leading him to a job at Alarcon Bohm as a laborer. After just six months, he was promoted to labor foreman. While still working for Alarcon Bohm, he was sponsored into the Carpenters Union and began his journey as a carpenter apprentice. This allowed him to continue building his skills in the field while gaining valuable trade experience.

A short time later Adolfo was promoted again and currently serves as Project Coordinator, where he has quickly learned to excel in project management and administration. He’s especially interested in the management side of the industry and is excited to continue growing his management and leadership skills.

Outside of work, Adolfo enjoys running, hiking, and spending time outdoors. He also helps his dad take care of their chickens, goats, and horses, which keeps him active and connected to the land.
