Kevin Bohm is an accomplished entrepreneur and distinguished leader in the construction industry, with over three decades of experience spanning general construction, demolition, environmental services, and historical restoration. His career began in 1983 with Carpenters Local 152, laying a strong foundation for his future leadership in complex, large-scale construction endeavors.

Kevin is the President and CEO of Alarcon Bohm Corporation, Bohm Environmental, and KJB Management. Under his leadership, these firms have successfully delivered projects exceeding $500 million in value across California, serving a broad spectrum of public and private sector clients. His organizations are recognized for their unwavering commitment to safety, continuous innovation, exceptional workmanship, and enduring client relationships built on integrity and accountability.

In 2008, Kevin completed the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School, enhancing his strategic leadership capabilities and expanding his professional network. He has served on several industry boards, including the Oakland Builders Alliance and United Contractors, where he has contributed meaningfully to labor negotiations, policy development, and advocacy. Additionally, Kevin’s contributions have been acknowledged by leading industry publications such as Professional Demolition International and Construction & Demolition Recycling.

Outside of work, Kevin remains actively engaged in the community. He has been a member of the Colombo Club since 2006 and participates in various initiatives. In his personal time, he enjoys traveling with his family, reading widely, playing poker, and appreciating music.
